My Attempt at Hawaiian Cream Pie

Ok, so I'm not going to be winning blue ribbons any time soon but it DID taste good... It just LOOKS like barf, is all.

Oh, and all I had left was pink coconut from Ev's poodle cake so I'm sure that doesn't help much in the looks department either.

    Now do a pink cake like at Whitworth and then send me the recipe! That was goooooood. And the turkey cutlets. We really stuck it to the man asking for two, defying the standard one portion per person.
